New Medicine Service
At MedPharm, we want to make sure you feel confident and supported when starting a new medicine.
Our pharmacist will provide guidance on how to use your new medication safely, answer any questions, and help identify any concerns or side effects. We’ll check in with you after you start your treatment and provide ongoing support to help you get the best possible results from your medicine.
This free NHS service is available for eligible patients and is designed to make starting a new medication as simple and reassuring as possible.
