Our pharmacist will provide guidance on how to use your new medication safely, answer any questions, and help identify any concerns or side effects. We’ll check in with you after you start your treatment and provide ongoing support to help you get the best possible results from your medicine.

This free NHS service is available for eligible patients and is designed to make starting a new medication as simple and reassuring as possible.

Reporting & Access

REPORT ADVERSE REACTIONS

If you experience any unexpected side effects from your medication, these can be reported through the Yellow Card Scheme, which helps monitor the safety of medicines.

When you use our NHS services, we may ask for your consent to access your NHS Summary Care Record. This helps us confirm your details, check important medical information, and ensure your medicines are supplied safely and appropriately.
